Dorgan's property division was established in 1999 by its directors Stephen Millar and Brenda Mackin Millar, it specialises in quality residential and commercial property lettings in Dublin, Belfast and Newry. The difference in the Dorgan's group is that all properties are owned by the group.

The commercial and residential properties available cover many areas across Dublin, Belfast and Newry with the majority being located in South Dublin.
